2. Description of Service

Poznote is a free, open-source, self-hosted note-taking application. It allows users to create, organize, and manage notes. Each Poznote instance is installed and operated independently by an instance operator.

3. Authentication

Poznote offers Sign in with Google as an authentication method. By using it, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Poznote only receives your email address and basic profile information for authentication purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of the notes and content you create. You are solely responsible for the content you store. The instance operator is responsible for the storage and availability of that content on their server.

6. Availability

Poznote is provided on an "as available" basis. Instance operators may modify, suspend, or discontinue their instance at any time. The Poznote project does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any instance.

7. Open Source Software

Poznote is open-source software provided under its published license. The software is provided "as is," and use of the software is subject to the terms of that license.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
